Radar Tag: You're It!

A few weeks back, Conlan, one of our mobile developers, posted a picture of John Poisson, Tiny Picture's CEO and founder, to Radar with the title: "Radar Tag: John's It".

John immediately knew that Conlan was on to something interesting, and Radar Tag was born.

Ever since that first picture, someone from Tiny would randomly start a new game of Radar Tag and a slew of tags would follow afterwards.  We've had so much fun playing Radar Tag over the past few months that we simply had to share it with the Radar community.

The basic rules of Radar Tag are similar to the beloved children's game but with a photographic twist:

  • Tag someone by posting a picture of their face to Radar
  • The subject must not know that you've tagged them until the picture is posted to Radar
  • You must be It to tag someone, and you are It until you tag someone else
There are some more advanced rules that evolved over the course of play, but as with any game, the more rules, the less fun the game becomes.  The most important rule of Radar Tag is to have fun - the rest is up to you.  You're It!
