If you don't remember your password, you can reset your password here.

If you've changed your email address since creating your account, we can reset your password for you. Contact us with your Radar name, current email address and the posting address attached to your account. Your posting address is needed to verify you are the owner of the account you need a new password for.

How do I add friends?

There are 3 ways to add friends on Radar:

• By email address
• Visiting their profile
• Find friends of friends

To invite your friends by email, follow these steps:

1. Log onto Radar.net, go to "My Radar" and click on "Friends" in the navigation bar on the left
2. Click on "Invite friends"
3. You can either enter their email address in the space provided or click on "Import from your address book"
4. (Optional) Select a friends list to add them to (i.e. "Co-workers", "Family", etc)
5. Enter a personal message
6. Click "Send"

If you know someone's Radar name, you can visit their profile and click on the "Add friends" button. Just go to http://radar.net/people/[radarname]. You can also visit someone's profile by clicking on their Radar name anywhere on the site (in the Gallery, Alerts page, etc).

Lastly, once you have a few friends you can start adding friends of friends. This can be done a few different ways. You can start by going back to the "Alerts" section in the navigation bar and selecting "Find Friends". To add those members to your friends list, click their Radar name to visit their profile.

How do I add pictures?

You can add pictures and videos to your Radar account by sending them to your posting address. This can be done via MMS or by email if you're on your computer. Your posting address can be found by going to "Settings" at the top, then "Posting Address" from the navigation bar on the left. It is very important that you do not share your posting address with anyone!

Some tips on posting:

• Images must be either .jpg or .png
• Videos must be .3gp, .flv or .mov and under 20MB
• Items must be posted as an attachment, not within the message
• Whatever you enter in the subject line will be the title of your post

How do I change my profile picture?

You can set your profile picture 2 different ways. If you're sending in an image that you would like to be your profile picture, make sure to enter "Profile" at the beginning of your subject. If you've already uploaded an image that you would like to make your profile image, navigate to the image and click on the icon that looks like a mugshot (on your computer), or the link under the image that says "Make profile photo" (on your phone).

Why don't I see all my images on my profile?

We only display your public photos on your profile, but you will be able to see all of your images if you click on the "Posts" link at the top of your profile.

How do I change the privacy level on my posts?

When you first join Radar, we default your privacy level to "All my friends". This means only the people on your friends list can see and comment on your images, and they won't show up on your public profile.

To change the default privacy level on all posts, please follow these steps:

1. Click on "Settings" at the top
2. Click on "Privacy" from the left hand navigation bar
3. Under "I'm sharing new posts with:", you can click on "Make it Public". If you opt to make your posts private, you'll see an addition text box that will allow you to enter "All my friends", specific Radar names and friend lists. You'll also have the option to block certain people from viewing your posts
4. When you're finished, click "Update privacy settings"

How do I delete a picture or video?

If you would like to delete a picture or video, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on "My Radar" at the top
2. Click on "My Posts" under the "Post" section on the left
3. Click on the post you would like to delete
4. Click on the "Delete" option under the post

How do I watch videos on my phone?

Currently you can only watch videos on your computer or iPhone, but we plan on changing this soon. You can enjoy the videos posted to your Radar from any computer with the most recent version of Flash installed.

What sort of content is allowed on Radar.net?

As long as it doesn't violate our Terms of Service, go ahead and post it! You'll also want to check our Community Guidelines to get the non-legal version of what's allowed.

How do I delete my account?

At the present time, only we can delete accounts. If you would like your account deleted, please contact us with the following information:

1. Your Radar name
2. Your posting address

Optionally, you may let us know why you have decided to delete your account. We're always looking for ways we can improve Radar, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
